According to the "Consumer Protection Law", consumers have the right to a 7-day hesitation period. After receiving the product for more than 7 days, returns will not be accepted.

    Please be sure to keep the packaging materials in the package intact. The returned product must be fully protected. If the appearance of the product is found to be defective after recycling the product, we will reserve the right to return the product and refund it.

    When your return request is approved, we will ask the shipping personnel to pick up the goods at the delivery address you filled in. Please be sure to put the invoice into the return package, and we will bear the logistics cost.  

    The total return/replacement process is estimated to take 10-14 working days, depending on the actual situation of the freight logistics.         

    If the company is unable to obtain the returned product due to incorrect filling of the return address (when the return is received by freight forwarder) or other factors, the return time will be extended, and you will pay the additional return shipping fee .

    If you return more than 5 times or have other abnormalities within 3 months on this website, this website has the right to restrict your right to use the member account without prior notice.  

    Coupons that have been used are no longer valid after the checkout is completed, and the coupons cannot be retrieved after the return application is completed, please forgive me.
